Building the
post-GPU infrastructure era

Oenerga is a focused deep-tech company developing memory-native AI infrastructure for organizations where infrastructure is a strategic decision — not a procurement category.

Mission

Infrastructure that is honest about what computation actually costs

The mission of Oenerga is to build AI computing infrastructure at the architecture layer — not the component layer. We design systems that combine compute, memory, communication, and packaging in a way that is native to how frontier AI workloads actually run.

We are building for the buyers and institutions that understand AI infrastructure as a multi-decade infrastructure bet, and who need a technical foundation that will remain relevant as models and workloads evolve past the current performance assumptions.

Why Oenerga exists

The GPU was the right architecture for one phase of AI. That phase is ending.

GPUs were built for parallel floating-point computation: exactly what early deep learning required. As AI shifted to transformer architectures at scale, the GPU's arithmetic throughput remained impressive, but its memory bandwidth, communication overhead, and memory capacity became the binding constraints.

Today, the cost and complexity of frontier AI inference is dominated by memory access, KV-cache traffic, and communication at scale. These are architectural problems. Adding more GPU TFLOPS does not solve them. A new architecture is required.

Oenerga was built with that architectural problem as the starting point, not the GPU as the starting point. The result is different at every layer: how compute is organized, how memory is attached and accessed, how systems scale up, and how they are packaged and deployed.

Strategic relevance

Why this matters now, not later

The infrastructure transition from GPU-centric to memory-native architecture is not speculative. The cost curves are already visible at hyperscale. The architectural constraints are already measurable. The companies that engage with post-GPU infrastructure now — before the ecosystem locks in — will have substantially different options in three to five years than those who wait.

The inflection

GPU clusters are approaching the limits of cost-efficient long-context serving. Memory bandwidth, KV-cache pressure, and communication overhead are now first-order costs, not secondary considerations.

The window

Post-GPU infrastructure architecture is not yet consolidated. Oenerga occupies this window with a five-layer technical thesis and two converging products — a near-term deployment platform and a full replacement architecture.

The stake

For hyperscalers, sovereign programs, and frontier labs, the architecture decisions made in this window will define economics and capability for the next infrastructure era. The time to engage with the alternatives is now.

Leadership

The team building it

Oenerga is founded on technical conviction and built by people who have spent careers at the intersection of computer architecture, AI systems, and infrastructure strategy.

Khoseeh Eid founded Oenerga around a specific technical conviction: that the right time to build post-GPU AI infrastructure is before the market requires it — not after the architecture has already consolidated and the window to define it has closed.

That conviction is grounded in a careful reading of architecture history. Every major computing transition — from mainframe to minicomputer, from workstation to commodity cluster, from CPU to GPU — has followed the same pattern: a new workload class, a performance ceiling on the incumbent architecture, and a transition period where the replacement architecture is available to those paying attention.

Oenerga is positioned at that transition point for AI infrastructure. The workload class is clear: memory-intensive, long-context, persistent-state transformer inference at scale. The performance ceiling on GPU clusters is measurable. The replacement architecture is the design question Oenerga has been answering.

Khoseeh leads Oenerga's architecture direction, strategic engagements, and product roadmap. He handles executive and strategic conversations directly.

How we operate

Four operating principles

01 — Technical truth

Numbers are published with methodology. Claims are auditable.

Claims without mechanisms are opinions. Every performance number Oenerga publishes includes workload definition, configuration, baseline, and measurement protocol. Customers are expected and encouraged to validate the methodology independently.

02 — Architecture-level thinking

We design systems, not components. The value is in the integration.

LUCID and AURORA-M are not components to be selected from a datasheet. They are architectures: five co-designed layers that only produce their stated advantage when designed together. That is not a constraint — it is the source of the moat.

03 — Measurable advantage

Every engagement is grounded in customer-verifiable economic value.

The infrastructure decision every Oenerga customer is making is measurable in energy per token, tokens per second per rack, total cost at scale, and latency at context length. Oenerga frames every engagement in those terms — because those are the terms that matter.

04 — Strategic responsibility

AI infrastructure built seriously is a responsibility, not just a product.

The organizations that will run on Oenerga infrastructure make decisions that shape AI capability and deployment at scale. We take seriously who we build for and how we engage with them. The power of the underlying technology requires proportionate care in its application.

How Oenerga engages

We work with serious buyers at the architecture decision level

Oenerga's engagement model is built around qualified conversations, not broad outreach. Every engagement begins with a confidential technical briefing, continues with an architecture review tailored to the buyer's infrastructure context, and progresses to pilot program design.

The goal at every stage is to give the buyer a complete, auditable, and technically rigorous basis for an infrastructure decision — with full visibility into Oenerga's methodology, benchmark approach, and product roadmap.

01 — Executive Briefing

Architecture-level product and roadmap briefing. Confidential. Scoped to the buyer's infrastructure context and decision timeline.

02 — Architecture Review

Technical deep-dive with infrastructure and engineering stakeholders. Covers LUCID or AURORA-M integration pathway, workload compatibility, and deployment model.

03 — Pilot Program

Structured LUCID deployment with customer-defined workloads, auditable benchmark methodology, and full economic analysis at relevant scale.
